Players will compete in a Swiss tournament. This will be single-game matches and thirty minute rounds.  After the Swiss rounds, the top players should play single elimination matches to determine the final winner of this event.

• Top 4 - Sava'gin the Reckless Foil Card
• Top 8 - 2012 Hunter Deckboxes (+ 1 given out as a door prize)

• The player that has accumulated the most Achievement points at the end of the four week cycle for the Battleground Month is declared the Battleground Master. That player is then awarded the playmat and retains the title until a new Battleground Master is crowned.

Details:

• Classic Constructed - All sanctioned rules apply
• Decklist - Required
• 5-6 rounds of swiss followed by a cut to Top 8.

Prizes:

• 1st: $200 cash + 12 packs + 1 Foil Dethvir the Malignant
  2nd: $100 cash + 6 packs
  3rd-4th: $60 cash + 3 packs
  5th-8th: $40 cash
• Playmats, deck boxes, Promo Cards will be given out as door prizes throughout the event!!
